Virtual Assistant Work- 20 hrs

This package of 20 hours of retained time can be used on whatever tasks will support you. My clients use their retainers for a variety of tasks including project management work and rendering work. From trade sourcing, ordering, tracking, invoicing, design boards, newsletters, client questionnaires, building your packages, elevations and construction documents, renderings, setting up helpful technology (Google drive, google voice, booking services, Canva, etc), and so much more- Let's talk about what you need and make a plan to get it done.
With regards to 3D rendered work: Please note that I don't currently provide custom built 3D models for rendering. Look alike models sourced from the rending platform I use or Sketchup will be used instead, scaled and customized with finish materials to portray design intent for renderings.
Steps:

1. Discovery Call- Book a discovery call (required). We'll spend 20 minutes discussing your business needs, the services I offer, and how we align.
2. Select, Sign, Pay- We are ready to work together. Select the retainer package that fits your needs best based on the estimated amount of work you'd like to delegate this month (10 or 20 hours). At checkout you will sign the service agreement and pay.
3. Send Details- New clients will need to share information to get started such as studio access, relevant logins, and access to any cloud based files you wish to share. We will schedule a VA kickoff meeting to go more in depth into the first assignments you'd like to delegate. For long standing clients, simply assign tasks via whatever method works for you.
4. On The Clock- Continue to delegate the work you'd like me to do. I will track my hours as I go and a reflection of hours used and hours remaining will be updated on your project description. You may also reference the Capacity Dashboard tool that is located on your project description to gain more understanding about expected turnaround times.

I kindly request that you use your retained time within 60 days of purchase, as I only take on as many designer clients as my projected workload will support. While I won't be inflexible, retained time that has not been utilized in 60 days is subject to no roll over. Retained time will not be refunded, however it is my intention that you gain the very most out of our time together and I will make every effort to recieve assignments and complete your retained hours before they expire.
